I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Acupuncturist with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. I specialize in a wide range of therapies, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, aromatherapy, prenatal massage, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage. In addition, I am skilled in hot stone therapy, cupping, and moxibustion. Over the years, I have developed extensive expertise in pain management—addressing conditions such as neck pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and sciatica. I also have a strong background in supporting clients with chronic health concerns related to internal medicine, gynecology, and obstetrics, such as headaches, insomnia, dysmenorrhea, uterine fibroids, and infertility. My professional approach focuses on treating each client as a whole—body and mind.
